An aerial shot taken by Chris Turnage shows a home surrounded by water in Morgantown on Saturday. Towards the upper left is Carroll Loop and to the right of the home is Camp Lane. While the waters have started to recede, it will not be before Thursday before the river is below 23 feet. Emergency officials don’t expect to get into flooded areas until next week.
