Jody Dyess, who leads Say Something Assembly, which aims to stop bullying and suicide in schools, spoke to the Kiwanis Club Wednesday about bringing the program to Marion County.

Campaign finance reports detailing spending and fundraising during May showed no major action in Marion County. The reports were due to the circuit clerk’s office Monday.

Following the second of three tries, 85.7 percent of third graders in the Marion County district have now passed the reading gate test.
