Marion County will observe the National Day of Prayer with a rally on the courthouse steps at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 2.
The theme for the 57th National Day of Prayer is “Love One Another” and is using John 13:34, “Love one another, just as I have loved you,” as this year’s Scripture.
Columbia officials are planning to begin using a pothole patching machine again that has been sitting idle in the city barn.
