Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at Hathorn Funeral Home for Wesley Bryce Bullock, 19, of Columbia, who died on Sunday, June 16. Burial followed in Woodlawn Cemetery. Bro. Darel Daniels officiated at the services. Visitation was held from 8:30 a.m. until the time of the services on Wednesday, June 19 at Hathorn Funeral Home.

He was born on Oct. 12, 1999. He was a devoted son, brother, nephew and friend. He followed in his father's footsteps with a career in the oil industry and was employed by Independence Drilling Company. He loved spending time with family and friends, fishing, hunting, golfing and mud riding. He danced like no one was watching and danced even harder when he realized they were.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Edgar Fortenberry.

Survivors include his parents, Brian and Mitzi Bullock of Columbia; sister, Alana Bullock of Columbia; grandparents, Lettie Fortenberry and Larue and Barbara Moree, all of Columbia, and Greg and Joyce Bullock of Seminary and a number of family and friends.

Pallbearers were Eli Bullock, Tyler Terry, Nick Terry, Cameron Moree, Hunter Oglesbee and Josh Broom.
