The Church on Main Celebrate Recovery
Have you decided that 2019 is going to be your year? The year you overcome the things that are holding up your future? You know those habits like overeating, feeling like you don’t measure up or smoking? Or the year you become a better parent or deal with the stress at work more effectively? Or will it be the year that you finally get set free from something so dark that you think no one can help you? Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain or addiction of any kind. Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to find community and freedom from the issues that are controlling our life. We meet at the Church on Main located at 701 Main Street, Columbia. We’re starting back up again on Thursday, Jan. 3 and will continue to meet every Thursday night after. Dinner will be at 5:30 p.m. and the meetting will be at 6:30 p.m. Childcare will be provided at no cost.

Alcohol/Chemical Treatment Series
Know anyone who is struggling with alcohol, drugs or other substances? You can get them help through our faith based program called the Alcohol/Chemical Treatment Series (ACTS). This program is offered as a free community service in Columbia. We also offer Anger Management Classes. We are at the Rediscovery Center located at 2108 Hwy. 13 North (intersection of Hwy. 13 N. and Hwy. 35 N.). Classes are conveniently scheduled for Tuesdays at
7 p.m. and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
