Mark and Shelby Carithers of Columbia announce the birth of their son named Ezra Lason Carithers. The baby was born on Aug. 5, 2021, at 9:01 a.m. Birth weight was 6 pounds 15 ounces. Length was 21 ½ inches. Grandparents of the baby are Albert and Jeanette Carithers of Brookhaven and Ephrum and Gina Hodges of Silver Creek.
