Saturday morning the Columbia Fire Department held its annual 9/11 Memorial Walk. The walk began at Columbia Fire Station No. 1 on Evergreen Street and continued to the Columbia Police Department, where everyone stopped and prayed for the department. They then traveled to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office to pause and pray before heading to the dispatch office and finishing at Station No. 2 on Pearl Street.
