A young Foxworth man is facing possible time behind bars after being indicted on a grand larceny charge.
Jacob Dylan Dixon, 19, of Foxworth, was indicted in the theft of a wallet and a silver necklace that happened on May 11, 2021. The value of the two items was more than $1,000 and less than $5,000, according to the grand jury indictment. He is currently in the Marion County Jail pending a $25,000 bond.
If convicted, he could receive up to five years in prison and or fined up to $10,000.
