Another indictment from the “Operation Sparrow” sting in January has been handed down. Colby Lee Bourn, 25, of McComb, is the latest to be plucked and charged with the exploitation of a child.
On Jan. 16, Bourn was arrested when he made arrangements with who he believed to be a 15 year old, for the purpose of sexual engagement, according to the indictment.
Bourn is currently free after posting a $25,000 bond.
The Columbia Police Department and several non-governmental agencies worked together during the operation.
