A Hattiesburg man fled from a DUI safety checkpoint Sunday night and led police on a chase that ended with his vehicle flipping numerous times.
Fredrick Lavon Foster, 50,sped through the Columbia Police Department checkpoint on Mississippi 13 North near the Colonial Inn in a 2013 Dodge Charger.
