West Marion Elementary’s classes and grades competed over the past month to collect as many cans as possible to donate to the Marion County Food Pantry, resulting in a donation of nearly 1,300 cans. Teacher Angela Brady and Principal Ryan Stringer delivered the food to the food pantry Tuesday.
