Lady Cougars claim South State title

The pressure was on for the Columbia Academy Lady Cougars to deliver on their home floor in the South State Tournament over the weekend, and they didn’t disappointing, keeping the championship trophy in house and securing the No. 1 seed in the South going into the Class 3A Tournament.

CA hires familiar face as new head coach

The search to find Columbia Academy’s next head football coach is over. At halftime during Wednesday night’s South State first-round game for the Lady Cougars, the private school announced T.C. Chambliss as the new coach to lead the Cougars.
