City fire rating improves to a 4

Columbia residents and businesses could now save on insurance costs as the Columbia Fire Department improved its fire rating from a 5 to a 4.
Columbia Fire Chief Lyle Berard said it’s very exciting because it’s something the department constantly works toward and has spent countless hours refining their skills to achieve.

CA hyped to host CCA in home playoff game

For the first time in five years, Columbia Academy is hosting a playoff game Friday night as the highest-seeded 4A team not to receive a first-round bye. The fifth-seeded Cougars will play host to No. 12 Clinton Christian, a team they beat 40-0 four weeks ago.
