MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Alfa Insurance Agent Wiley Cleland of Columbia was recently honored with the 2023 Al Dees Rookie of the Year Award for Mississippi during the company's annual awards ceremony. The award was created in honor of its namesake, former Executive Vice President of Marketing Al Dees, who passed away in 2021. Cleland also received the Distinguished Service Award – Gold Level.
The ceremony, held Jan. 25 at the Montgomery Performing Arts Centre, recognized Alfa's best agents and managers for their dedicated service and commitment to policyholders.
Cleland has served as an Alfa agent since September 2022. He represents the company's full line of insurance for auto, home, life and business.
