Freshman Maid Julie Creel
Julie is the daughter of Brand and Karen Creel. Julie is a member of the Dusty Club, track and Color Guard. Her hobbies include swimming and shopping. She aspires to attend Mississippi State University and is interested in studying law.
Julie is being escorted by Caulyn Langston. He is the son of Shannon and Tammy Langston. Cauyln is a member of North Columbia Baptist Church. He is also a member of the CHS Beta club as well as Phi Kappa, and the CHS Marching Wildcats. His hobbies are gaming, chatting with friends and spending time with his family. Cauyln plans to attend Pearl River Community College.
Sophomore Maid Chenadi Khelis Marshall
Chenadi Khelis Marshall is the daughter of Sadreika Lewis and Clyde Marshall. Chenadi is a member of Little Rock Baptist Church and is a two year Dusty member. She is also a member of the CHS volleyball, basketball and track teams. Chenadi’s hobbies include sports and being outdoors. She plans to attend Mississippi State University and major in Sports Medicine.
Chenadi is being escorted by Zaccheauos Neal, son of Jasper and Chantna Thompson. He is a member of Tylertown First Baptist. Zaccheaous enjoys gaming and athletics. He plans to major in engineering at Mississippi State.
Junior Maid Mashanti McKenzie
Mashanti is the daughter of Myjellious and Monica McKenzie. She is a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, a three year member of the CHS varsity cheer team and the SAVE club. Mashanti plans to attend The University of Southern Mississippi when she graduates from high school. Her hobbies include hanging out with friends and cheering.
Mashanti is being escorted tonight by Kevin Rawls. He is the son of Kevin and Hattie Rawls. Kevin is a member of New Life Baptist Church. He has been a student of the Columbia School District since second grade. His favorite subject at school is Algebra and his favorite television show is Naruto. Kevin loves watching football and the Broncos are his favorite team. He plans to attend Mississippi State and major in accounting.
Senior Maid Maliea Skye Abram
Maliea Skye Abram is the daughter of Chad and Schelonda Fountain. Skye is a member of Unity Baptist Church where she sings in the choir. At school she is a Wildcat Ambassador and a member of the volleyball team as well as the CHS Cheer team. Skye’s hobbies include hanging out with her friends and watching Netflix. She plans to attend Mississippi State University and is interested in being an athletic trainer.
Skye is being escorted tonight by Caleb Bourne. He is the son of Amy Mckenzie and Travis Bourne. Caleb is a member of Improve Baptist Church where he has helped with disaster clean up. He plans to attend Pearl River Community College to participate in the trade school program so that he can become a licensed electrician. His hobbies include working out and hanging out with friends.
Activity Maid Natalie Stringer
Natalie Stringer is the daughter of Tim and Amanda Stringer. Natalie attends The Church on Main. She is a two year Crown Club member as well as a member of Delta Beta Sigma, Dusty’s and she is a Phi Kappa sister. Natalie is the state winner of the 4H Shooting Sports division and will compete in nationals in 2022. At school, she is a member of the Volleyball Team, a Wildcat Ambassador, serves as secretary/treasurer for the Save Club, is the reporter for Student Council and is a Diamond girl. Natalie plans to graduate from Mississippi State University with a veterinary science degree.
Natalie is being escorted by Garrett Hillman. He is the son of Lance and Sharon Hillman. Garrett attends First Baptist of Richton. At school he is a member of the CHS soccer and tennis teams and a Beta Club member. His hobbies include hanging out with his friends and going to the river. Garret plans to graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Marine Biology degree.
Athletic Maid Patrice Olecia Oatis
The 2021 Athletic Maid is Miss Patrice Olecia Oatis. She is the daughter of Rose Oatis and Milton Averett. Patrice is a member of Friendship Baptist Church. At CHS, she is a member of the volleyball, basketball, track and cheer teams. Patrice is a Wildcat Ambassador, a member of Save Club and student council. Her hobbies include drawing and reading. Patrice plans to attend Alcorn State University where she will major in Biology as part of her path to become a Physical Therapist.
Patrice is being escorted tonight Mr. Tucker Lucas. He is the son of Eric and Stephanie Lucas. Tucker is a member of New Hope Baptist Church where he is an active youth member. He is a member of the CHS Baseball team, a Wildcat Ambassador and a member of the Beta Club. Tucker will attend Pearl River Community College, transfer to a University and obtain a degree in Computer Science.
Academic Maid Jacqueline Franklin
Jacqueline Franklin is this year’s academic maid. She is the daughter of Zachary and Shanti Franklin. Jacqueline is a member of the Wildcat Marching Band and she is Head Section leader of the clarinet section. She is a member of the soccer team. Jacqueline currently serves as Student Body Secretary/Treasurer. She is a member of the Beta Club and National Honor Society. She is also a wildcat ambassador. Jacqueline plans to attend Mississippi State University to major in accounting.
Jacquelyn is being escorted tonight by Byron Expose. He is the son of Clayton and Chandra Expose. Byron attends Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church where he is an active member. He is a member of the Columbia Wildcat Marching Band, the senior student council president, a Wildcat ambassador and a member of the Beta club. Byron plans to attend Mississippi State to complete a music education degree. His hobbies are hanging out with friends and family and playing music.
Blue Football Maid Shania Martin
Shania Martin is the daughter of Patrick Walker and Shanay Martin-Walker. Shania attends New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ. She is a member of the Beta and Save clubs, a student council member, Student Body Vice President, a Wildcat Ambassador, and a member of the CHS Volleyball and Cheer teams and CHS Chamber Choir. Shania plans to attend Ole Miss and major in biology followed by attending Morehouse School of Medicine to obtain a masters in pre-med.
Gold Maid Destinee McGowan
Destinee McGowan is the daughter of Lorraine Cowart and Cory McGowan. Destinee is an active member of the Greater Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church in Beaumont. She has been a member of the inspirational Choir and is involved in numerous youth activities at the church. Destinee was a member of the Lady Wildcats Basketball team for three years. She has been a member of the Lady Wildcat Softball team for four years. Destinee is a member of the Save Club and Beta Club. Her hobbies are playing ball, shopping, and traveling. Destinee’s future plans are to attend Southern University in Baton Rouge to pursue a degree in nursing.
Destinee is being escorted by Colby Williamson. He is the son of Rusty and Renee Williamson. Colby is currently the president of Phi Kappa National Fraternity, a brother of Delta Beta Sigma, a member of Morgantown Church of God, and also attends First Baptist Youth. He also has volunteered at the food pantry and has helped clean up the park for community service projects. While at CHS, Colby has been a member of the Marching Wildcats, a member of the CHS madrigals, a part of the Journalism staff, a member of the varsity tennis team, a wildcat ambassador, and also a member of the Beta Club. Colby plans on attending the University of Southern Mississippi to earn his degree in nursing. In his free time, Colby enjoys playing tennis and working out at the gym with his friends.
Maid of Honor Jalaysia Everett
Jalaysia Everett is the daughter of Marcus and Pamela Everett. Jalaysia is a member of John The Baptist Missionary Baptist Church where she sings in the youth choir and is the Youth Secretary. She volunteers annually with the Voices of Homelessness Event sponsored by The Institute of Disabilities Studies at The University of Southern Mississippi. She has been a member of the CHS Wildcat volleyball, softball, and cheer teams, and is a Wildcat Ambassador and currently serves as the Student Body , S.A.V.E. Club and the BETA Club Presidents. She has participated in the CHS Musicals; The Little Mermaid, Grease and Check Please and is a member of the CHS Chamber Choir. She plans to attend Jackson State University to pursue a degree in biology and hopefully become a Jackson State Cheerleader.
Jalaysia is being escorted tonight by Hayden Adkins. He is the son of Angelia Dawsey and Travis Adkins. Hayden is a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Phi Kappa andhe is Delta Beta Sigma brother. Hayden is also a member of the Wildcat Baseball team and his hobbies include TikTok and hanging out with friends. He plans to attend The University of Mississippi to major in exercise sciences.
Maid of Honor Jessica Baker
Jessica Baker is the daughter of Michael and Rebecca Baker. Jessica is an active member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She is a member of the Junior Auxiliary’s Crown Club, serves as Secretary of the Dusty Club, and is a Phi Kappa Little Sister. Jessica is captain of the CHS varsity cheer squad and is the varsity catcher for the CHS softball team. Jessica is a member of the National Honor Society, National Spanish Society, Beta Club and Save Club. She is president of Mu Alpha Theta. Jessica also serves as a Wildcat ambassador. Jessica plans to attend Jones Junior College then Mississippi State University to earn a Master’s in Business Administration. She plans to be licensed in cosmetology and open her own salon. Jessica enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. She also enjoys running and tanning by her pool.
Jessica is being escorted by Christopher Hahn. He is the son of Angela and Lawrence Hahn. He is a member of the State Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council. He is a member of Phi Kappa National Fraternity where he serves as treasurer, and he is an active member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church. Christopher is a four-year member of the CHS soccer team. He is a CHS student council member where he serves as a representative, and he is a Wildcat Ambassador. Last year Christopher served as a student worker for the 21st Century Afterschool Program. Other school activities include membership in the National Beta Club, the National Honor Society, the SAVE Club, and the Paw Print Staff. Christopher plans to attend the University of Mississippi and obtain a degree in biological science. Following college, he hopes to attend medical school with the dream of becoming a pulmonologist. Christopher enjoys spending time with friends and family and going to Ole Miss football games.
CHS “little people” are Brely Boykin and Hudson Sanders. Brely is the daughter of Shaula Boykin and Terrell Boykin. Brely attends Columbia Primary School. She enjoys arts and crafts, dancing and spending time with her family. Hudson is the son of Orry and Tina Sanders. Hudson also attends Columbia Primary School. He enjoys playing soccer, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
Homecoming Queen Timiyah Magee
Timiyah Magee is the daughter of Shayla Boykin, Terrell Boykin and Pat Tucker. Timiyah is a member of New Damascus Baptist Church in Kokomo. Her school activities include band where she is the head flute section leader, musical, student council senior vice president, Beta Club and Wildcat Ambassador. Her hobbies include spending time with her loved ones and doing makeup. She is interested in pursuing a career in makeup artistry.
She is being escorted by Aaron Jefferson. He is the son of Chasity Johnson and Charles Jefferson. Aaron attends St. Mark M.B Church where he is a church musician, volunteers as a coach for youth sports teams and enjoys spending time with the elderly. Aaron is a member of the CHS Marching Wildcats and the CHS basketball team. He plans to attend Mississippi State University to complete his studies in electrical engineering technology. Aaron’s hobbies include playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.
