HATTIESBURG —William Carey University is announcing its undergraduate President’s and Dean’s List Scholars for the spring 2020 trimester.
President’s List Scholars have a perfect 4.0 GPA and Dean’s List Scholars must have at least a 3.5 GPA; both lists require students to have no failing grade in any class.
Students earning these recognitions from Marion County and surrounding communities are:
Bassfield — President’s List: Vicktory R. Thompson, Samuel Josiah Wambolt. Dean’s List: Alandus Periez Nelson
Columbia - President’s List: Mary Catherine Morrison, Kayla Marie Robinson. Dean’s List: Alexandria Lynn Byrd, Courtney LeaAnne Solomon
Foxworth - President’s List: Elaina Kaylin Hollis, Tanner Allen Mulford, Lauren Rebecca Rowley. Dean’s List: Calvin Douglas Barnes, Victoria Hope Daughdrill, Autumn Rose Williamson
Kokomo - President’s List: Kevin Todd Shows. Dean’s List: Noel Blaine Parrett
Oak Vale - Dean’s List: Raven Deshasta Armstrong
Sandy Hook - President’s List: Amber Nicole Hemphill, Anna Grace Thomas
William Carey also said in a news release that its summer enrollment is the highest in school history at 2,595, which was 400 more than in summer 2019 and 100 more than the previous high in 2011.
