Bonds set for 3 apprehended by sheriff’s office
Three Marion County residents remained behind bars Tuesday jailed on multiple charges after deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office served several warrants last week.
Investigators and deputies served two high-risk warrants last Wednesday and took the three into custody, according to Capt. Pete Williams.
The first arrest made was Albert Horace Lee, 64, of 31 Day Lane in Pine Burr. Lee was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute while in possession of a firearm and possession of an altered firearm. On Monday, Lee’s bond was set in Marion County Justice Court at $75,000.
On the second warrant, Angela Rafael Rawls, 46, of 1538 Old Highway 35 North, Columbia, and Timothy Lee Stovall, 51, of Columbia were charged with possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm. Both had bonds set Monday at $50,000.
