Eddie Ray Breakfield with Hope Outdoors spoke to the Columbia Lions Club about acquiring the sporting clay facility for the Columbia School District with contributions from the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks and private donors. Hope Outdoors is a nonprofit that specializes in helping the disabled find the joys of the sporting lifestyle by providing equipment and instruction.
