Wilks Named CSC First-Team Academic All-American

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Earlier this summer, Slade Wilks picked up All-America honors for his play in the field. Those honors have now been extended to his accomplishments in the classroom as the Golden Eagle today also earned first-team 2024 Academic All-America® as selected by College Sports Communicators.

Senior West Marion Trojans gather one last time

Buckley earns Freshman All-American honors

Columbia Academy’s Trent Buckley was named to the Freshman All-American Team by MaxPreps Monday. The rising sophomore recorded 80 strikeouts with a 1.72 ERA on the mound, and he bashed seven home runs with 32 RBI and a .389 batting average in 2024.
