NATIONAL SUMMARY
Lake-effect snow will continue across many areas around the
Great Lakes tomorrow. The greatest amount of snow is
expected off Lake Ontario. Snow squalls and snow showers can
reach into central New York for a time as well. Visibility
can drop to near zero in any squall. Much of the East will
continue to feel the chill as temperatures of 10-20 degrees
Fahrenheit below the historical average for late November
remain in place over the region. Meanwhile, an approaching
storm can bring rain to much of coastal areas of Central and
Northern California, while spotty showers push across
coastal portions of Southern California. There can also be a
few spotty showers in higher elevations of northern Arizona.
Much of the rest of the country will be dry as high pressure
sits overhead, bringing a partly to mostly sunny skies.
