_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm will continue to swing northeastward tomorrow,
bringing a wide area of snow from Virginia through Maine.
Snow can mix with rain at times along the coast, though it
can still bring slippery conditions. Meanwhile, an area of
rain and drizzle will cross coastal areas of the Southeast,
with embedded thunderstorms across Florida. Another storm
will also push ashore in the West, with rain spreading into
areas of California and Oregon. A few late-day snow showers
can push into western Oregon as areas around Portland have
another round of ice. Bitterly cold air will remain in place
over the central United States as much of the area remains
dry. The exception to this being lake-effect snow continuing
along the western lakeshore of Michigan.
