NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rain and mountain snow showers will continue across the
Northwest and the northern Rockies tomorrow as a storm moves
over the West. Meanwhile, gusty winds from the south will
lead to a risk risk of wildfires from the Great Lakes to the
Southwest. Strong wind gusts can also blow around any
unsecured outdoor decorations. Temperatures across the
center of the nation will trend as much as 10-20 degrees
Fahrenheit above historical averages. Thunderstorms, some
severe, can develop across Wisconsin and Michigan at night,
and will be capable of producing hail. Elsewhere, high
pressure will remain over the East, promoting largely dry
aweather with plenty of sunshine. The exception will be
along the Atlantic Coast of Florida, where there can be a
spotty shower or two.
