NATIONAL SUMMARY
An impactful storm will continue for parts of the West
tomorrow, with another day of heavy rain expected from
interior Northern California to the San Francisco Bay Area.
Additional intermittent rain will extend north into mainly
eastern Oregon and Washington and east into western Montana,
along with northwestern Washington, as more showery
conditions progress through western Oregon. A rather active
day is also in store for areas from the eastern Great Lakes
region through the Northeast and portions of the
Appalachians, where a slow-moving storm will continue to
spin up plentiful showers of rain and snow, with snow
favored for the high terrain. A zone of steadier
precipitation should stretch from northern New York to
coastal New Hampshire. Most other places should be dry.
