Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2018, at Turnage Chapel Congregational Methodist Church for Clinton McCain, 80, of Foxworth, who died on Wednesday, Oct. 24 in Knoxville, Tenn. Burial followed in the Turnage Family Cemetery. Rev. Ronnie Morgan and Rev. Max Foreman officiated at the services. Visitation was held from 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27, until the time of the services on Sunday, Oct. 28 at Turnage Chapel Congregational Methodist Church.
A native of Marion County, he was a veteran of the Army National Guard and retired after 20 years of service. He was employed with Pallets, Inc. for a number of years. He was a member of Turnage Chapel Congregational Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his son, David McCain; parents, Pete and Mary McCain, and brother, Clarence McCain.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte McCain of Foxworth; daughter, Dalina Badillo (Carlos) of Canton; two brothers, Percy McCain (Barbara) of Nacogdoches, Texas, and Clifford McCain of Foxworth; six grandchildren, Matthew McCain, Brittney Boone, Jamie Boone, Amber Johnson, Mandy Jackson and Charles McCain, and two great-grandchildren, Abbiney McCain and Paisley McCain.
