Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 11, 2018, at Kokomo Baptist Church for Eloise Avery Crawley, 91, of Foxworth, who died on Friday, June 8, at her residence. Burial followed in Kokomo Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Glen Nace and Bro. Mike Cochran officiated at the services. Visitation was held from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Sunday, June 10 at Hathorn Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Crawley; parents, Aaron and Edna Beard; two granddaughters, Judy Lynn Sistrunk and Melissa Gale Powell; one grandson, Mickey Dale Powell; three sisters and one brother.
Survivors include her two daughters, Betty Powell (Dale) and Dianne Sistrunk (Jessie), both of Foxworth; one son, Johnny Crawley of Foxworth; three grandchildren, Sandy Pittman (James), Angela Robertson (David) and Kristie Singley (Matthew), all of Foxworth; nine great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were James Pittman, David Robertson, Alex Singley, Justin Pittman, Hunter Pittman and Matt Singley. Honorary pallbearers were Andrew Singley, Jase Pittman, Lucas Pittman and Bryan McCain.
