Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church for John David Graham, 71, of Improve, who died on Thursday, May 17. Burial will follow in Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Dewitt Baines and Bro. Ed Steel will officiate at the services. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, May 25, at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church.
He was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church and retired as a barge engineer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Columbus and Mary Loyce Graham.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn King Graham; two sons, John Marcus Graham (Amy) and David Nicholas Graham (Sarah); one sister, Teresa Beard (Randy); five grandchildren, Michaela Graham, Percy Graham, Hiram Graham, Carson Graham and Hannah Graham, and numerous nieces and nephews.
