Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 21, 2020, at Ebeneezer Baptist Church in Bassfield for Richard Kevin Greenlee, 55, of Kokomo, who died on Saturday, Aug. 15 in Jackson. Burial followed in Ebeneezer Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Mike Aultman and Bro. Valton Douglasw officiated at the services. Visitation was held from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 20 at Ebeneezer Baptist Church.
He served his country faithfully in the United States Navy from 1986-1990. He was very proud to serve and very patriotic. He was retired from offshore where he was a barge engineer for over 25 years. At his passing, he was a store owner of the 98 Pit Stop in Foxworth.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Reginald Greenlee and Hilda White Greenlee Fish; step-father, Bill Fish; two brothers, Arthur "Buck" Fish and Michael Fish; one brother-in-law, Veteran Ted Piner, and one sister-in-law, Sheila Greenlee.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Harrell Greenlee, who he dearly loved; two loving sons, Kevin Ryan Greenlee (Courtney) and Tyler Chance Greenlee; his treasured seven grandchildren; 11 siblings, Debra Greenlee Piner, Dale Greenlee (Kathy), Donna Greenlee, Sandra Greenlee (Herbert), Sally Piske (Alan), Cynthia Pierce, Thersea Albardo (Anthony), Donna Eckenstaller (Jeff), Melonie Johnson (Richard), Claudia Gaubert (Warren) and Shannon Fish (Ruby), and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers were The American Legion Post 90 of Columbia. He was a member of Post 90.
