Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, in Woodlawn Cemetery for Billie Sue Quin, 95, of Columbia, who passed away on Sunday, July 14. Rev. Reed Houston officiated at the services.
She lived a beautiful life of 95 years. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother to her children and her grandson. She enjoyed cooking, reading and she loved to dance so much that she was still dancing at The Grove. She truly loved being and taking care of her home. She collected all kinds of things that helped make her home a home. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Percy Quin; her parents, Fowler and Dessie Drummond; one son, Jack Quin; and one brother, Jack Drummond.
Survivors include her daughter, Judy Pendergrass (Glen); and one grandson, Conner Pendergrass.
