Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10, 2023, at Pine Grove Pentecostal Church for Cathy Dianne Bracey, 74, of the Darbun community, who passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 8, at her home in the Darbun community where she was a longtime resident. Burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery. Rev. Darin Powell and Rev. Randall McKay officiated at the services. Visitation was held from 10 a.m. until the time of the services of Sunday, Sept. 10, at Pine Grove Pentecostal Church.
She was a homemaker and a faithful member of Pine Grove Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Bracey; father, Elton Bozeman; and mother, Edna Lucille Graham.
Survivors include her daughters, Carla Thornhill (Shane) of Foxworth and Kristi Rockco (James) of Jayess; son, Timothy Bracey (Aleshia) of Foxworth; sister, Anita Mondulick (Zachary) of Louisiana; brothers, David Bozeman of Foxworth, Donald Bozeman (Joan) of Smithdale and Stacy Bozeman of Columbia; and nine grandchildren, Carly Thornhill, Caley Thornhill, Caitlyn Thornhill, Jayden Bracey, Jayce Bracey, Jack Dawson Rockco, Dakenna Rockco, Daxton Rockco and Dakota Rockco.
Pallbearers were Kevin Bozeman, Brad Bozeman, David Michael Bozeman, Randy Bracey, Corey Mondulick and Hunter Bozeman. Honorary pallbearers were Wayne Price, Wilvie Price, Bruce Price, Lane Powell, Ronald Bracey and Dennie Rials.
