Memorial services were held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, at Hathorn Funeral Home for Geraldine Geri Turnage, 77, of Foxworth, who passed away on Monday, Oct. 7, at her residence. Bro. Chris Turnage officiated at the services. Visitation was held from 11 a.m. until the time of the services on Friday, Oct. 11, at Hathorn Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Turnage; son, Brian Turnage; father, Russell Willie Harris; mother, Eula Lee Register Harris; and sister, Marie Hires.
Survivors include her son, Russell Turnage (Lisa); daughter, Denise Turnage Ballew; 10 grandchildren, Meghann Kendrick (Danielle), Christopher Kyle Turnage, Corey Hill (Haley), Alyssa Ballew (Trent), Tristen Ballew, Breann Ford, Taylor Turnage, Tyler Turnage, Kaylee McKnight (Shane) and Kendall Lee; sister, Jeannette Carroll; 15 great-grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces and friends; and daughter-in-law, Melissa Turnage Garrett.
