Memorial services will be held at a later date for Joannine Bychurch Smith, 86, of Carriere, formerly of Foxworth, who died on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
She was the former owner of B&B Boat Rental but spent the majority of her life caring for her beloved family and home. She was a woman of deep faith and a member of the Jehovah Witness faith.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Milton Bychurch; second husband, Malon Smith; son, Michael Bychurch; two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include her son, Nathan Bychurch (Sherry) of Carriere; brother, Ronald Autin (Nancy) of Bay City, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
