She lived a beautiful and full life of 90 years. She loved her family and grandchildren immensely. She was very involved with her family and community, whether baking pound cakes, sending cards or making quilts, she was always doing something. It took some convincing, but she finally retired after 42 years of service working at Pioneer Aerospace. Some of her hobbies included word puzzles, gardening and reading. She was a faithful member of 60 years to Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church. She treasured her visits and pampering with her daughter Ann whom she called, “my Angel.” Before she passed, she had three special dogs on her mind named Buddy, Rascal and Silas, and she had 3 little dog treats in her robe that she intended for them to have as her last request. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved this precious sassy little lady.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie James Breland; one son, Jessie David Breland (Leo); father, John Brunner Reeves; mother, Agnes Almeda Fuquay; two brothers, J.A. Reeves and Fred Reeves; four sisters, Hallie Jean Rouse, Rosie Tillery, Nellie Havard and Dorothy Reeves; one grandchild, Chris Breland; one son-In-Law, Edwin Tippit.
Survivors include her two sons, Fred Elton Breland and James Ricky Breland; one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Tippit of Foxworth; one sister, Marie Havard; five grandchildren, Renee Lowery (Scott), Melissa Garrett (Blaine), Christi Smith (Clinton) and Jamie Miller (Mike); one sister, Marie Havard; 14 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
