She was a devoted mother and beloved member of her community. She lived a life rich in caring for others. For more than four decades, she was a nurturing presence as a NICU and labor and delivery nurse, touching the lives of countless families during their most vulnerable and precious moments. Her deep love for her family and community was often expressed through her passion for baking. Her homemade goodies and treats were legendary, earning her the affectionate nickname "the Candy Lady" from her younger relatives. An amazing mother, she was known for her unwavering strength and endless support, always dedicated to her children's well-being. She will be profoundly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her warmth and generosity.
