Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 5, 2024, at Kokomo Baptist Church for Teresa Nace, 70, of Kokomo, who entered Heaven on Tuesday, July 2, while wrapping her arms around her granddaughter, Avery Claire, and surrounded by those she loved the most. Burial followed in Kokomo Community Cemetery. Rev. Glenn Nace and Rev. Kevin Shows officiated at the services. Visitation was held from 9 a.m. until the time of the services on Friday, July 5, at Kokomo Baptist Church.
Born and raised in Sandy Hook, she met her soulmate, Glenn, and they were blessed with a beautiful life together for 54 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Earl and Myra Lee Boone; brother, Roland Boone; and precious granddaughter, Avery Claire Nace.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn Nace of Kokomo; three sons, Brad (Wanda) of Goss and Chris (Charity) and Nathan (Mandy), both of Kokomo; five grandchildren, Tiffany Dyess (Colby) of Columbia, Cody Nace (Megen) of Goss and Laken Nace, Peyton Allen (Jacob) and Adalynn Joy Nace, all of Kokomo; eight great-grandchildren, Brayden, Benton and Holly Grace Dyess of Columbia, Lane, Landon and Crews Allen, of Kokomo, and Fisher and Westyn Nace of Goss; and sister, Janice Boone David of Sandy Hook.
