WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, R-Miss., and Mary Werner, Mississippi Education Board Member, penned an op-ed in Mississippi Today on the importance of keeping the U.S. history assessment in public schools. The Mississippi Board of Education will have a final vote in June to decide if the test should be eliminated.
