On Oct. 20, at Mississippi College's Homecoming, Columbia Elementary fourth-grade teacher Danielle Whittington was honored as the 2023 Outstanding Student for Educational Leadership and K-12 Administration for Mississippi College. Longtime ELA partner of Whittington, Emily Knight, was there to show her support during the ceremony.
