HILLSBORO, Ore. — With the anticipation and hope of college football resuming this fall, a total of 14 Jones College sophomores have been named to JCGridiron.com's annual preseason watch list, including Columbia High alumnus Kevon Cloyd.
Cloyd, a 6-foot-2, 218-pound product from Columbia, had 46 tackles, 3.5 TFLs, 2.0 sacks, two quarterback hurries, one pass breakup, one fumble recovery and one forced fumble in 2019.
The linebacker recently picked up a scholarship offer from Arkansas to add to his growing list, which includes Arizona, Southern Miss, East Carolina, Louisiana-Monroe, South Alabama, Troy, Arkansas State and Austin Peay.
