Votech automotive students accepting vehicles

The Marion County Career and Technology Center's automotive students will begin accepting vehicles from the community to perform maintenance for a nominal fee. Their focus includes fluid changes, tire repair and replacement, brakes, suspension repair and wheel alignment.

Ryals wins new welding shield

Kade Ryals recently won an auto-darkening welding shield provided by the welding department at the Marion County Career and Technology Center. Ryals placed first out of 38 participants, welding with 7018 electrodes in the horizontal position.
