Smith indicted for sexual battery

The Marion County Grand Jury recently indicted Earl Edward Smith on a charge of sexual battery.
The charge is based upon the alleged actions of Smith with a young minor female.
Smith, 65, of Foxworth is currently in the Marion County Jail with a bond of $50,000.
