The family of the late Lorea Bridges Oatis presented the inaugural Lorea B. Oatis Memorial Scholarship on Saturday, July 5, at Antioch M.B. Church in the Lampton community. Oatis was an active member of the church and the community and taught for over 30 years at East Marion School.
