Tiffany Pittman, a Foxworth nurse, recently completed a surgical mission trip to Guatemala where they performed 86 orthopedic surgeries in four days. She capped off the trip by completing one of the most challenging hikes of her life, raising more than $2,000 for Hopeful Hearts Animal Rescue in the process.
