Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Holland of Columbia announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Wendi Holland of Columbia, to Thomas Watts IV of Columbia, the son of Dr. and Mrs. Tom Watts of Columbia.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Linda Boone and the late Mr. Bobby Boone of Columbia and Mrs. Gloria Holland and the late Mr. Owen Holland of Meadville. She is a 2014 graduate of Columbia Academy and a 2016 graduate of Southwest Mississippi Community College in cosmetology. She has been employed with Endless Summer Tan, Hair & Boutique in Hattiesburg since June 2016.
Thomas Watts is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Tom Watts of Columbia. Thomas is the grandson of Maxine B. Martin of Birmingham, Ala., and the late A.W. Martin of Florence, Ala., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Watts of Columbia. He is a 2008 graduate of Columbia High School. He attended Auburn University where he pledged Delta Chi and also attended the University of Southern Mississippi. He has been employed with Columbia Computers since March 2014.
The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017, at Dr. Kenneth Eng’s residence.
After a honeymoon to Jamaica, the couple will reside in Columbia.
