Curtis Shane Kelly and Amanda Tullos Kelly of Rock Springs, Wyo., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Heather Lea Kelly, to William Rollins Foreman, son of Kenneth Michael Foreman and Patricia Rollins Foreman of Crosby.
The bride-elect’s grandparents are Larry and Renet Tullos of Sandy Hook, and Dwayne Burns and the late Judy Burns of Bogue Chitto.
The groom’s grandparents are the late William and Betty Foreman of Crosby, and the late Tommie and Wilhelmina Rollins of Busy Corner.
The bride-elect is a 2010 graduate of Brookhaven Academy. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi and Dickinson State University. She is employed with Southern Tire Mart LLC in Columbia.
The groom is a 2010 graduate of Amite School Center and a 2016 graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in civil engineering. He is employed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Vidalia, La.
The wedding will be held on Feb. 17, 2018, at 6 p.m. at Carson Springs Baptist Church in Sandy Hook. n
