Dr. Bill and Arlene Miller of Columbia announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Greysen Miller of Washington, D.C., to Jacob Hart of Washington, D.C., son of Steve and Jackie Hart of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Perry and Bobbi Mercier of Albany, La., and Carmen Witten of Trenton, Mo. She is a 2010 graduate of Columbia High School and a 2013 graduate of Mississippi College with a degree in interior design. She is employed with OTJ Architects in Washington, D.C.
The future groom is a 2011 graduate of Larry A. Ryle High School, a 2014 graduate of the University of Kentucky and a 2017 graduate of the George Washington University with a master’s degree in European and Eurasian Studies. He is employed with the United States Senate.
The couple will exchange wedding vows at 6:30 p.m. on April 5, 2018, at The Market at Grelen in Somerset, Va., with a reception to follow.
