Football Maid:
Miss Keltey Gracelyn Whaley
Keltey is the daughter of Heath and Meagan Whaley. She is the granddaughter of Loyd and Cherie Whaley, Glenn and the late Ricky McRaney, and Lindon and Ione Bennett.
Keltey resides in the Kokomo Community and attends Crossroads Missionary Baptist Church in Sumrall, where she is an active member of the choir. She has been a member of the West Marion cheer team for six years. She has been a diamond girl for the past five years. Keltey has played tennis for the Trojans for two years, and she was a member of West Marion’s very first soccer team. She is also a member of the Crown Club of Columbia. Keltey enjoys shopping, hanging out with her friends and going to the beach. She also enjoys snuggling with her dog, Baxter, and working at the tea shop. Upon graduation, Keltey plans to attend Pearl River Community College with plans to pursue a degree in the dental field.
Keltey is being escorted by Matthew Ryan Hammond. Matthew is the son of Lydia and Carroll Gene Hammond Jr. He is the grandson of the late Rachel Jones Pinkham and Ancel Jones, Dana and Carroll Gene Hammond and the late Cynthia Clark Breakfield.
