Callie Newsome
Callie is the proud daughter of Calvin and Percynthia Newsome. Callie is the youngest of five children, with two sisters and two brothers who have always cheered her on. She is also a devoted member of Blue Springs CME Church where she is very active.
Callie is a member of FCCLA, the National Honor Society, the National Technical Honor Society, Yearbook Club and Journalism Club. She also serves as Co-Captain of the Varsity Cheer Team, a part of the Volleyball Team and she is the Bookkeeper for the Baseball Team.
Outside of school, Callie is a proud member of Crown Club and holds the title of Distinguished Young Woman of Marion County. After graduation, Callie plans to attend Alcorn State University and later Louisiana State University, to become an athletic trainer.
