State Rep. Ken Morgan, R-Morgantown, who serves District 100 and is the chairman for the Mississippi Forestry Commission, received an “A” rating from the Business and Industry Political Education Committee (BIPEC) for the second year in a row on Friday for his strong work in lifting up Marion County.
