For the first time in several years, The Columbian-Progress will have a two-week long subscription special for new subscribers, offering big savings in the name of freedom.
With our first-ever “1776 Special,” an ode to the Declaration of Independence being signed on July 4, 1776, new subscribers can save 45% on a six-month mail and online subscription or 41% on a yearlong online subscription, which includes access to the E-Edition.
Both subscriptions will be available for $17.76 from July 1 through July 12. The six-month mail and online subscription is only for Marion County residents, while the yearlong online subscription is available for everyone.
Publisher Joshua Campbell said he believes local journalism is one of the cornerstones of a free country, and there’s no better time to support local journalism than Independence Day.
“I love our great nation and want to see it flourish. For our country to truly be free, its citizens must be informed with the truth,” Campbell said. “We take great pride in delivering the facts to our readers in Marion County and beyond, and we want to share it with as many people as possible.”
Membership benefits include weekly home delivery right to your mailbox, complimentary access to columbianprogress.com and E-Editions.
