Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 4, 2017, at Colonial Funeral Home for Ike D. Davis, 71, of Hattiesburg, who died on Friday, Dec. 1, in Hattiesburg. Burial followed in Arm Baptist Church Cemetery in Silver Creek. The Rev. Larry Evans officiated at the services. Visitation was held from 9 a.m. until the time of the services on Monday, Dec. 4, at Colonial Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Christine Davis, and brother, Sebron L. Davis.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Davis of Jayess; sister, Jean Merritt (Larue) of Columbia; brother, William L. “Bill” Davis (Mary) of Hurley and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
