Bob Ross links cop and trick-or-treater

When Columbia Police Officer Dave Burns spotted 9-year-old Ramey Kate Turner dressed as Bob Ross on Halloween, he knew he had to stop. Burns keeps a Bob Ross plush toy in his cruiser as a good luck charm and was thrilled to see Ramey dressed up as the legendary artist. Ramey is the daughter of Erin and Shane Turner.
